Fireplace Cladding Project in Dekton Taga Slabs

GMD Surfaces is excited to share one of our recent projects that truly showcases the transformative power of design and craftsmanship. This 2-story fireplace was cladded with Dekton Tag slabs that were ¾” thick. The material carried over to the hearth and extended on the floor and in front of the bookcases on either side of the fireplace.

Slabsmith was used to align the veining as much as possible. Dekton Taga has a unique design that makes it look like Taj Mahal stone. This combination of design, durability and fire resistance brought an unparalleled level of elegance and sophistication to the project.

From the initial design phase to the final installation, every step was meticulously planned and executed. The result? A stunning fireplace that not only serves as a functional heating element but also as a captivating focal point in the entire house.

This project was a wonderful reminder of how thoughtful design and quality materials can transform a space. Looking forward to bringing more such visions to life!
